Across the world, dissidents and whistleblowers are under pressure for standing up to powerful governments. One bar could now become a port of call for them – the Dissident Club in the French capital of Paris. It’s run by a political refugee from Pakistan and his wife and supposed to be a meeting point for political refugees far from home.
